We ship throughout Italy via express courier. Orders received by early afternoon are dispatched the same day, if the items are in stock; delivery typically takes 24-48 hours, with a few extra days for the minor islands and remote areas.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping costs €15.90 including VAT. For orders over €100, shipping is free. You can always see the cost in your cart before confirming the order.
In stock or on order
Each product indicates its availability. In stock means the item is in our warehouse and ready to ship immediately. On order means we will source it specifically for you: lead times depend on the manufacturer and we will confirm them to you via email before proceeding. If an order contains both ready-to-ship and on-order items, we will ask whether you prefer to receive everything together or in two separate shipments.
Upon delivery
Inspect the package in front of the courier. If the packaging is dented, wet, or open, sign with a written reservation on the delivery document (simply write "accepted with reservation due to damaged packaging") and notify us immediately: with a reservation, we can open a claim and replace the material without any hassle. Without a reservation, the courier considers the goods delivered in perfect condition.
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are indicated in the cart at the time of ordering. All prices on the site are in euros and include VAT; shipping costs are shown separately before confirmation.
If you are purchasing with a VAT number and require an invoice, please enter your tax details when placing your order. For large orders or site supplies, we can arrange payment via advance bank transfer: please contact us before ordering.
In-store pickup
If you are in the area and prefer to pick up your order, please write to us or call us first: we will prepare the material and set it aside for you.
