The Ajax video surveillance system integrates IP cameras (wired and WiFi), AI-powered video intercoms, and Network Video Recorders (NVRs) into a single ecosystem, natively connected to the Ajax intrusion alarm system. Unlike traditional CCTV decoders/NVRs, its strength lies in complete integration: video events synchronize with alarms, sirens, lights, and smart locks, allowing for immediate visual verification in the event of an intrusion.

Ajax NVRs are available in 8- and 16-channel versions (including DC power supply models for low-voltage applications), supporting hard drives up to 16 TB and H.264/H.265 compression, with ONVIF Profile S and RTSP compatibility for integration with third-party cameras alongside the brand's own. JetSparrow technology ensures encrypted TLS peer-to-peer transmission, while dual streaming ensures rapid navigation of video archives.

Built-in artificial intelligence recognizes people, pets, and vehicles, reducing false alarms and triggering recordings and scenarios only when relevant events occur; on Superior NVR models, AI can even enhance third-party cameras lacking native intelligent analysis. Features such as configurable privacy zones, multi-factor authentication, and GDPR compliance complete a system designed for monitoring via mobile app, desktop, and TV, with customizable video walls for simultaneous multi-camera viewing.
