Ajax Systems: all the 2026 news on sensors, cameras, and security apps

Ajax Systems continues to expand its security ecosystem with new devices and features designed for private individuals, businesses, and professional installers. From the new generation of Grade 3 wireless sensors to cameras with hybrid lighting and artificial intelligence, here is a complete overview of the most interesting new products available this year.

The new Grade 3 wireless line: maximum tamper resistance

The Superior Grade 3 Wireless series (EN 50131 certified) raises the bar for security in residential and commercial installations. The Hub G3 combines Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and dual 4G SIM cards, managing up to 250 devices and 25 groups/partitions, with a radio range of up to 3,500 meters. Completing the range are the MultiTransmitter G3 for integrating third-party wired detectors, the MotionProtect G3 with anti-masking, the DoorProtect G3 with dual reed and tilt sensor, and the MotionCam G3 (PhOD), the PIR detector with an integrated HD camera for visual alarm verification.

There is no shortage of accessories dedicated to system control: the KeyPad Plus G3 with Desfire reader, the KeyPad TouchScreen G3 with a 5" capacitive screen and Bluetooth support, and the HomeSiren G3 and StreetSiren Plus G3 sirens, both adjustable from 85 to 105 dB.

MotionCam HDR: sharper photos, even in backlight

The MotionCam Jeweller and MotionCam (PhOD) detectors are updated with HDR technology, which eliminates the problem of overexposed windows and overly dark shadow areas in alarm verification photos. The result is a much more legible image, useful for both the end user and the monitoring station operator in the event of an intervention.

Fibra: the wired line grows with new devices

For installations requiring a wired connection, the Fibra line is enriched with a dual-technology detector with a range of up to 15 meters, a seismic and impact sensor designed for safes and armored cabinets, a wired outdoor keypad with IK08/IP66 protection rating, and a dedicated power supply unit capable of extending lines up to 2,000 meters.

HL cameras: hybrid lighting and smart modes with AI

The new Baseline HL IP cameras (available in BulletCam, TurretCam, and DomeCam Mini versions) integrate a hybrid lighting system capable of automatically alternating between infrared and white light based on what is detected in the monitoring area. Smart mode, which is the recommended one, activates infrared when a subject is still far away and switches to white light only when they enter the monitored area—a good compromise between deterrence and discretion. Available versions go up to 8 MP with 4K UHD resolution.

IndoorCam-4 and Doorbell-4: simpler home video surveillance

For indoors and the front door, the new IndoorCam-4 and Doorbell-4 offer 4 MP resolution, HDR vision, IR illumination up to 8 meters, and two-way audio communication with noise cancellation. The Doorbell-4 adds a backup battery and AC/DC power supply, ensuring it remains operational even in the event of power grid issues.

A single control panel for intrusion and fire protection

Among the most significant innovations for the professional sector is the AJ-EN54-FireHub control panel, which combines intrusion and fire management into a single hub, with EN54 and EN 50131 certification. The 10.1" IPS touchscreen allows for the management of up to 200 devices, with Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and dual 2G/4G SIM connectivity, as well as a direct connection to the monitoring station using the SurGard Contact ID and SIA DC-09 protocols.

Apps and software: more control, more automation

Ajax software has also been enriched with features designed to simplify daily life with the system:

  • Smartwatch control: Android users can manage the alarm directly from Wear OS, while on Apple Watch it is now possible to arm, disarm, and manage different spaces in group mode.
  • Daytime alarm zones: It is possible to limit access to certain areas of the facility even when the system is disarmed, with push notifications without involving the monitoring station.
  • Customizable notifications: Each user can choose which categories of events to see in the history and receive as push notifications, so as not to be overwhelmed by irrelevant alerts.
  • Scenarios triggered by video detection: Ajax cameras can now trigger automations (turning on lights, opening doors, activating sirens) when they detect a person, a vehicle, or a pet.
  • ONVIF integration: Ajax video devices (NVR, BulletCam, DomeCam Mini, IndoorCam, Doorbell) now support ONVIF profiles S and T for integration with third-party VMS and NVRs.
  • Digitally signed video export: Exported footage includes a digital signature that certifies its authenticity, useful in case of requests by law enforcement and for GDPR and HIPAA compliance.

With this set of hardware and software innovations, Ajax confirms an ecosystem designed to grow along with the needs of the installation, from a small home to professional multi-site management. Discover the entire Ajax range available on our site in the Ajax section.
